He was predeceased by: his father Clair Headrick; and his brother Mark Headrick. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Headrick (Gregg) of Flandreau, SD; his siblings, Roger Headrick (Dianne) of Flandreau, SD, Jolene Dobbs (Joe), Margo Zephier (Stuart) and Cindy Dornbush (Dan); and his nieces and nephews, Carter Headrick of Centennial, CO, Peter Headrick, Chet Dobbs, Emily Hendry, Myles Zephier, Ramona Zephier, Myhra Roper, Dustin Dornbush, Kylee Dornbush and Ethan Dornbush.
