He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan Lucas and Jan Lucas (Ulven). He is survived by: his sister Gloria (Lucas); his brother-in-law Jon Olson of Faribault, MN; and his nephews, Todd Olson and Matt Olson (Amy).
He died following a long struggle with chronic health problems complicated by break-through Covid in the last few weeks.
