He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Garrow and Eleanor Garrow (Marcotte); his wife Kathleen Culhane (Kate); and his sister Joyce Garrow. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Dysart (Tom) of Denver, CO, Amy Garrow of Mahtomedi, MN, Jon Garrow (Julie) of Sioux Falls, SD and Jason Garrow (Amy) of Ponte Vedra, FL; his grandchildren, Brianna Carroll, Staci Ulrich, Joe Stupka, Trei Dysart, Tieran Dysart, Tia Tumbleson, Shayla Dysart, Tavian Tumbleson, Peyton Garrow, Pierce Garrow, Tysell Dysart and Piper Garrow; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Ky'ren Hampton, Rae, John Miles Ulrich and Olivia Stupka; and his siblings, Tom Garrow (Dar) of Ruthton, MN and Mary Carstenson (Rick) of Marshall, MN. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
