She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo C. Lewis and Mae Lewis (Lee); and her siblings, Marlowe Lewis, E. C. "Buck" Lewis and Marilyn Holthe.

She is survived by: her husband Gary E. Krier. She is also survived by her husband of almost 53 years and her children that have provided her with grandchildren that have grown the family by 16 great-grandchildren.

The family requests no flowers and that memorials be directed to the Avera Dougherty Hospice House in Gloria's name.
