She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Warren and Robert Warren; and her siblings, Sharon, Paulette, Sandy and Guy.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Pack (Marcia), Tonya Lambertz and James Pack; her siblings, Charlie Warren and Penny Burke; and her grandchildren, Justin Pack, Ben Lambertz, Ashley Robinson (Matt), Lindsey Pack (Nick Fetzner) and Alex Pack. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
