It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald William Baade (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), who passed away on May 14, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helmuth August and Elsie Baade (Carls); and his siblings, Wanda Dede (Mick) of Sioux Falls and Edwin Baade. He is survived by: his wife Ora M. Baade of Sioux Falls; his sons, Tom of Sioux Falls, Bob (Kori) of Sioux Falls and Jim Baade of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Cody, Joshua, Elizabeth, Morgan, Shelby Baade and A. J. Heron; and his great grandchildren, Hazel Baade, Milah Heron, Eli Albers and Rozlyn Baade.
