He was predeceased by: his sister Arlene Ernst. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Arnell Banse; his children, Ann Anderson of Sioux Falls, Michele Frederick of Sioux Falls and Brian Wagner of Harrisburg, SD; his grandchildren, Brianna Carson, Josh Wagner, Ethan, Jared Frederickson, Hannah, Hunter and Destinee Wagner; his great grandchildren, Ezra Cottier, Myka, Love and Carson; his siblings, Richard Wagner (Margaret) of Fargo, ND, Linda Dahlen (Don) and Lorretta Lemke (Roger); his daughter Lauri; and his grandson Logan. He is also survived by dogs and cats as his furry companions.
