Gayland Trudeau Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2025, at the age of 98, Gayland Trudeau of Sioux Falls, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Trudeau and Helen Trudeau (Carlton); his sister Mary Midgard; his siblings-in-law, Ed Midgard, George Fuerst and Ava Fuerst; his grandson Gabriel Ault; and his great grandchild Isaiah Orsten-Sechser.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice; and his children, Mark (Sheri), Mike, Cyndi Ault, Lori Cobb (Thomas), Denise Sechser (George), Kevin (Ruby), Ann Knigge (Lee), Trent, Ryan (Edana), Eric and Travis (Deonne). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Nicholas Catholic Church (140 W Brian St, Tea, SD 57064). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
