He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Dawn Van Den (Mike), Larry Meester (Robin Matson) and Dominic Meester (James Rollag); his grandchildren, Christopher Van Den (Caitlin), Jonathan Van Den (Maren), Samantha Sammons (Gaje) and Riley Meester; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Everhett Sammons.
