He was predeceased by: his parents, George Burlog and Stella Burlog (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Burlog of Sioux Falls, SD; his children, Jodie Schafer (Alan) of Apple Valley, MN and Chris Burlog (Debbie) of Mesa, AZ; his grandchildren, Emily, Lindsey Burlog and Annika Schafer; and his brother Wayne Burlog (Peggy) of Grand Forks, ND. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
