She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Noel Abbott and Lucille Abbott (Kich); her husband Wes Nelson; her children, Chuck Nelson (Kristi) of Sioux Falls, SD, Dr. David Nelson (Angie) of Sioux Falls, SD and Lori Nelson of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Becky Nelson of Aberdeen, SD, Sarah Gail Nelson of Minneapolis, MN, Jill Nelson of Sioux Falls, SD, Karin Brashler (Kyle) of Sioux Falls, SD, Ellen Nelson of Sioux Falls, SD and James Nelson of Sioux Falls, SD; her great grandchildren, Benny and Lena; her stepgrandchildren, Derek Johnson and Chantel Johnson of Sioux Falls, SD; and her sister Janice Bugenhagen (John) of Custer, SD..

There will be no visitation due to the Coronavirus.
