He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Eade; his children, Justin of Dallas, TX, Connar of Sioux Falls and Kristin [Jared] Steffen of Remsen; his grandchildren, Jadyn, Kamden, Kezden Steffen of Remsen and Jonathan De Vries of Vermillion, SD.; his sister Mary [Willard] Van Vugt of Orange City, IA.; his siblings-in-law, Terry [Cleo] Sorensen of Sioux Falls, Renae [Rick] Gamel of Florida, Carla [Dave] Vlieger of Maryville, MO and Kim [Ted] Poncelet of Sioux Falls; his girlfriend Sara Peterson of Sioux Falls; his partner's sons, Tom [Paige] Peterson of St. Clair Shores, MI and Brandon [Kati Whitley] Peterson; and also, Connar Whitley and Athena Cilli of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
