He was predeceased by: his father Leroy Blakey. He is survived by: his mother Rose Thornton Blakey (Thornton) of Yankton, SD; and his siblings, Leroy Blakey of San Diego, CA, David Blakey of Yankton, SD, Michelle Blakey of Yankton, SD and Vonda Richards (Blakey) of Rapid City, SD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
