Though Francis may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Clifford (Benita Hoff) and Benita; and his brother Jerome Hoff. He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Kooiker (Matt) of Sioux Falls, SD and Chelsea Hoff (Travis Siemers) of Worthington, MN; his sisters, Edith Hoff of Sioux Falls, SD and Kristi Hoff of Sioux Falls, SD; and his niece Christina Barnes (Gene) of Manhattan, KS.. He is also survived by three grandsons and two granddaughters.
