With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Floyd Norris in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in North Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on September 15, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sr. Norris and Ida Norris (Onderstal); his wife Donna J. O'Connor; his sister Emma; his brother-in-law Vick Vanderwarka; his brothers, Edward Jr. (Sue Norris) and George (Ruth Norris); his nephews, Randy Norris and Ray Vanderwarka; his niece Sharon Vanderwarka-Baskett; and his son-in-law Bruce Anderson.

He is survived by: his children, Katy Lerch (Doug) of Madison, WI, Deb Anderson of San Antonio, TX and Rick Norris (Lisa) of Sioux Falls, SD.; his grandchildren, Jeremy Anderson (Marisa) of Boston, MA, Jamie Hanssen (Eric) of San Antonio, TX, Ryan of Dallas, TX, Brendon Lerch of Dallas, TX, Shay, Kyja Min and Rykr Norris of Sioux Falls, SD.; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Anderson of Boston, MA, Chloe Castillo, Makkayla Anderson, Deborah Wilson, Victoria Johnson and Rileyah Hanssen. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
