He is survived by: his wife Annette Dahme; his children, Les Tullar of Sioux Falls and Laura Smykle of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Cohen White (Tullar), Parker Smykle, Elizabeth Smykle and Ayden Smykle; his sister Faye Seiders (Craig); and his sister-in-law Marlene Tullar of Orange City, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
