She was predeceased by: her parents, Erie F. Schroeder and Ethel Schroeder (Sonnenberg); her siblings, Maxine, Gladys, Ardella, Johnnie and Charles; and her son Ronald Hammer (Jean).
She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Steece; her siblings, Erie Schroeder (Gerry) of Flandreau, SD and Cleo Schroeder of Sioux Falls, SD; and her children, Charles Hammer (Ruth) of Coupeville, WA, Robert Meyers (Donna), Richard Steece (Pam), Deborah Steece and Michael Steece. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
