With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Haggar (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), who passed away on November 27, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Haggar and Linda Haggar (Arraje); his siblings, Bob and Pauline Schneekloth (Barb); and his nephew Jeff.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Costlow; his children, Jeanne Briden (Jeff), Jayne Haggar McKean (Kevin), Michael Haggar (Laurie) and Jeffrey Haggar (Rita Krug); and his sister-in-law Linda Ray.

All people attending the visitation or the funeral service will be required to wear a face mask and to practice social distancing protocols.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Children's Shrine Hospital Transport Fund.
