He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Halverson and Anna Halverson (Hamre); and his siblings, Delbert and Norma. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sechser; his children, David, AnnMarie and Julie Block (Joel); his grandchildren, Michael, Ashley, Caitlyn and Noah; his brother Vernon (Marilyn); and his close friend Ted McMillan.
