He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Joann Zephier; his children, Tony J Zephier and Jacqueline Nycole Zephier; his former wife Loretta Zephier; his siblings, Tom, Dennis, Dan, Marsha, Patty, Roxann, Sonia and Tonia; his father Elwood Joseph Dwyer Sr.; and his son Corey James Zephier. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
