She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Freeman and Jannetta Freeman (Peck); her husband John Deming; and her siblings, Phyllis Freeman and Harry Freeman.
She is survived by: her children, Jannetta Freeman of Baraboo, WI, Viola Deming (Edward Williams) of Sioux Falls, Lavonne Hicks (Kenneth) of Sioux Falls and John Deming Jr. (Angela Miner) of Harrisburg, SD; her sister Donna Curphey of Amarillo, TX; her sister-in-law Nancy Freeman of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Daniel Gardner, Juaquina Deming, Russell Deming (Lyly), Rocky Deming, Punky Hicks (Destiny) and Jordyn Deming; and her great grandchildren, Roquel John Deming, Bentley Allen Deming, Evelynn Ranea Hicks, Ariela Ann Marrie Hicks and Airabell Maylynn Deming.
