We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2020, at the age of 84, Elmer Oyen (Sioux Falls, South Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Oyen and Emma Oyen (Nelson); his siblings, Manford and Evelyn; and also Otto.
He is survived by: his siblings, Manny and Evie; and his sister-in-law Mary Lou. He is also survived by his 5 nieces & nephews, and a circle of loving friends.
Don has requested memorials be given to the American Heart Association.
