She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest C. Anderson and Ebba L. Anderson (Gothberg); her husband Ray Mueller; and her sister Harriet Werenicz. She is survived by: her children, Dr. James Mueller (Elke) of Springfield, MA, Carol Flaten (Jeff) of Sioux Falls, SD, Karen Ford (Ed) of St. Louis Park, MN, Susan Keeler (Bill) of Skedee, OK and Rev. Jonathan Mueller of Lexington, KY; and her grandchildren, Andreas, Marcus (Bruna), Sylvia Mueller, Paul (Kira), Curt, Rachel Flaten, Maverick, Jared, Justin Keeler, Ellen and Phillip Mueller.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to, Emanuel Lutheran Church – Milbank, Orphan Grain Train, or Main Street Living in Ellen's honor.
