It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Jean Cox of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 7, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren McPherson and Jane McPherson (Travers); her husband Robert "Roy" Schular Cox Jr.; and her daughter Mary Jane Griffel. She is survived by: her former husband Richard P. Griffel; her children, William Griffel (Stephanie) of Lafayette, IN, Rachel Fitzgerald (Scot) of Canton, SD and Kim Collins (Tim) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Wil, Josie, Lena, Violet, Brianna, Ashley and Natasha; and her siblings, Kathleen "Cass" Dennison (Paul) of Shafer, MN and Andrew "Drew" McPherson of Arizona. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and siblings.
