She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Litscher and Johanna Litscher (Rommert); and her siblings, Lester Litscher and JoAnn Harford. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Olson (Tom) of Sioux Falls, SD, Jerome Miller (Robin) and Jeffrey Miller (Lisa Havemann). She is also survived by six grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends.
Betty requested that in lieu of flowers, friends consider a memorial gift to the Lutheran Scholarship Fund in care of First Lutheran Church in Maquoketa, IA.
