She is survived by: her parents, Anne Kuehl (Dan) of Sioux City, IA and Bill Ulerich (Julie) of Columbus, IN; her children, Connor Ulerich of Sioux City, IA and Casey Church of Sioux City, IA; and her siblings, Scott Ulerich (Lisa) of Sioux Falls, SD, Kerry Kuehl (Mark) of Woodward, IA, Craig Ulerich (Andrea) of Columbus, IN, Danielle Kuehl of Sioux City, IA and Stephanie Roberts (Josh) of Franklin, IN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She will forever live on in the hearts of the lives she touched and the lives she was able to save through organ donation.
