He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Verley and Ruby Verley (Pesicka); his pet Mister Bojangles; his close friend Tom McCoy; his children, Michael and Michelle; his nephew Patrick Verley; his mother-in-law Fern Zastrow; his brother-in-law Mickey Zastrow; his wife Rita; his brothers, Michael and Robert; and his father-in-law Matthew Zastrow. He was also cherished by three sons.
