He is survived by: his mother Ann Lea Niedert (Wald); his daughters, Jessica Niedert and Katie Salyer (Sean); his wife Carol Niedert; his brother Jay; and his former wife Katherine Hanstein. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
