He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Noteboom and Violet Noteboom; and his brother Davis. He is survived by: his close friend Frances Halverson; his daughter Debra; his wife Fran; his children, Deb Wolf (Brad) of Lead, SD and Mark Noteboom (Deb) of Hermosa, SD; and his grandchildren, Hunter and Callie.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials can be directed to the Doug Noteboom Educator Scholarship at Augustana University.
