He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Haack of Sioux Falls, SD and Jamison Haack of Sioux Falls, SD; and his siblings, Jerry Hackett (Dian), Evan Hackett, Jarlin Hackett (Carrie), Mark Hackett (Kim), Sherry Roshon (Michael) and Dawn Cass (Alan). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins.
