She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Henjum and Mildred Henjum (Kapaun); her husband Roy; her brothers, Jim, Larry Henjum and Jerry Howard; her grandson Paul; and her grandparents, Elizabeth, Fred Kapaun, Nels and Jonetta Henjum.
She is survived by: her former husband LeRoy "Red" Van Laecken of Letcher, SD.; her children, Mary Hallickson, Travis Henjum (Missy), Martha Lang (Eric) and Greg Hallickson (Lana); her grandchildren, Aubrie, Alayna and Ava Lang; her great grandchildren, Nathan, Eve and Ben Hallickson; and her sister Patty Bjurstorm (Larry). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
