She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhardt Balke and Emilie Balke (Ziebarth); her siblings, Ralph, Vincent (Edna), Meta and Raymond Balke; her daughters-in-law, Cathy Olson and Bonnie Olson; and her grandson William D. Olson.
She is survived by: her husband William H. Olson; her children, William G. Olson, Lanny Olson and Becky Hofer (Darwin); and her sister-in-law Joan Olson. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
