She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henke and Lena Henke (Hyronimus); her sisters, Arlis Schriever and Marceen Svartoien; her brothers-in-law, Floyd Schriever, Paul Svartoien and Gary Christensen; and also, Harm and Lena Albers (Stoffers).
She is survived by: her spouse Harley Albers; her children, Brent Albers and Denise Vierstraete (Rick); her grandchildren, Tanya Quaschnick (Jason), Joshua Vierstraete (Chelsea), Kasson and Elky; her great grandchildren, Levi Vierstraete, Connor, Gracelyn, Lennox and Julian Vierstraete; and her sisters, Shirley Christensen, Sioux Falls and Verla Vermeer (Roger).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the First Reformed Church (4800 S Tomar Rd, Sioux Falls, SD 57108).
