He is survived by: his wife Gloria Stoebner of Parkston; his children, Adam Winter (Janelle) of Sioux Falls, Jason Winter (Cheri) of Folsom, CA, Carmen Hanson (Tom) of Sioux Falls, Barbara Dawson (George) of Oklahoma City, OK, Loni Winterthieme (Mike) and Mike Winter (Jessie) of Sioux Falls; and his sister Verna Berndt of Avon. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
