He was predeceased by: his brothers, Robert Joyce and James Joyce, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Neuberger of Sioux Falls; and his children, Dennis Joyce (Lisa) of Jacksonville, FL, Nancy Keppen (Bruce) of Sioux Falls, SD and Jill Hazard (Rob) of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
They also ask that all people attending the funeral and visitation wear a face mask and maintain social distancing protocols.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to Sanford Hospice or to a charity of the donor's choice.
