He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jacobs and Bertha Jacobs (Jacobson); his former wife Donna Eichstedt; and his siblings, Milton, Ronald, Geraldine and Marilyn.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Jacobs of Sioux Falls, SD; his children, Randy Jacobs (Cindy Myers) of Oacoma, SD, Sandra Bones (Steve) of Hartford, SD and Gloria Matthews (Dennis) of Hartford, SD; and his stepchildren, Russell Peterson (Stacy) of Sioux Falls, SD, Ricky (Sandy) and Tonya Peterson of Sioux Falls, SD.
Memorials may be made to the South Dakota American Legion.
