He is survived by: his wife Betty Kilpatrick (Ronke) of Sioux Falls; his children, Mary Owen Wingen (Tim) and Mike Owen (Shannon) of Yankton, SD; his grandsons, Garrett Owen and Chase Anderson; his siblings, Leo Kilpatrick of Minneapolis, MN, Avis Stangland (Oscar) and June Thomas; and also Sioux Falls.
