He is survived by: his children, Jason Hugh Mills of Bismarck, ND and Victoria Sahadi of Phoenix, AZ; his siblings, Jack Mills (Jeannine) of Sioux Falls, Kay Hobbie (Roger) of Flandreau, SD and Vickie Kilmer (Rick) of Goddard, KS; and his sister-in-law Peggy Mills of Bartlesville, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
