He is survived by: his wife Nancy Oberg West Harmer of Sioux Falls; his children, Kristiek Harmer Thomas (Patrick) and Kenny Harmer; his friend Terry Houtkooper; his brother Lowell Harmer (Darlene); and his stepchildren, Randy West (Angie), Kathy Forseth (Lenny), Rocky West (Kim), Raleigh West (Toni), Tony West (Amy), Rory West (Heather), Jason West (Jennifer) and Basil Johnson West.
