He was predeceased by: his parents, William Anderson and Gertrude Anderson (Moore); his siblings, Harlon "Chic" Anderson, Beulah Davis, Jean Brooks, Dorothy Anderson, Doris Bailey, William "Bill" Anderson, Curt Anderson and Wava Kaiser; his son-in-law Pete Anderson; and his granddaughter Katie Reiff.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Douthit; his children, Karen Reiff (Jim) of Brant Lake, SD, Greg Anderson of Chester, SD, Theresa Anderson of Sioux Falls, SD, Jennifer Satnan (Mark) of Sioux Falls, SD and Laurie Lofgren (Marlon) of Omaha, NE; his sister Hazel Jackson of Tinley Park, IL; and his sister-in-law Eva Anderson of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Christ the King Church or Sanford Hospice Cottages in Don's name.
