He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilman Christenson and Ruth Christenson (Pederson); and his brothers, Clifford, Leland, Merle and Richard Christenson.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Christenson of Sioux Falls, SD; his sons, Todd Christenson (KayCee) of Goodyear, AZ, Guy Christenson (Joyce) of Sioux Falls, SD and Jay Christenson (Thuy) of Rochester, MN; his grandchildren, Matthew Christenson (Lindsay) of Anchorage, AK, Daniel Christenson of Goodyear, AZ, Eric Christenson (Carissa) of Maple Grove, MN, Brian Christenson of Eden Prairie, MN and Rachel Christenson of Rochester, MN; his great grandchildren, Caroline and Kinsley; and his siblings, Roy Christenson of Menomonie, WI, Clarice Kunfurman (Dave) of Eau Claire, WI and Janice Kneer (Dave) of Eau Claire, WI. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
