He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Alton Willard and Shirley Eileen Willard (Williams); his wife Carol Ann Willard; his children, Randall Willard and Vicki Breyfogle; his brother David Mark Willard (Karen) of Sioux Falls, SD; and his brother-in-law Ardis Andrews.
He is survived by: his children, Tami Thompson, Donelle Dose and Keven Willard of Sioux Falls, SD; his siblings, Marjorie Andrews, Jeannie Couch (Dan) of Sioux Falls, SD, Kenneth Willard (Carol) of Seabrook, TX and Dennis Willard (Molly) of Arlington, TX; and his sister-in-law Jackie Tough (Ed Sprouse) of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
