He was predeceased by: his parents, Parnell Sagmoe and Norma Sagmoe (Hanson); and his siblings, Phillip Sagmoe and Joyce Sagmoe. He is survived by: his siblings, Bob Sagmoe (Gayle) of Sioux Falls, Alice of El Paso, TX and Phyllis Guggisberg of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
