She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hoffman and Verna Hoffman (Jackson); and her husband John. She is survived by: her former spouse Lynn Eining; her children, Kibbi McCormick (Lee), Bob Cogley (Jenn), Tom Cogley (Abby) and Beth Cogley; her sisters, Jeanette De Haan (Paul) and Bobbi Hoffman; her grandchildren, Mason McCormick, Jackson McCormick, Josie Cogley, Braxton Cogley, Braden Cogley, Joe Cogley, Grace Cogley, Felicity Cogley, Gabe Cogley, James Cogley and John Cogley; and her nephew David Petersen.
