She is survived by: her husband Sheldon J. Hovda; her children, Stephanie Kroger (Ryan) of Sioux Falls, SD., Jonathan Hovda (Regina) of Suamico, WI. and Michael Hovda (Sarah) of Sartell, MN; her siblings, Loren Smithson (Peggy) of Brooklyn Park, MN, Gloria Skalbeck (Rudy) of Spicer, MN., Patty Lerud (Arvid) of Sioux Falls, SD. and Christine Bonnema (Mitch) of Becker, MN; and her grandchildren, Max Jackson, Tess, Hazel, Harper, Henry, Grayson, Cooper and Dallas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
