She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlyn Mundahl and Luella Mundahl (Duncan); her brothers, Greg and Darwin; and her daughter April.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Carstensen; her daughter Becky Hopp (Eric) of Nicollet, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Kira Hopp of New Ulm and Brady Hopp of Mankato, Minnesota; her siblings, Jody Norling (Terry) of New Holstein, Michele Ward (Dan) of Wilmar, Penny Trigg of Pipestone, Kevin Mundahl (Ronda) of Wilmar, Lori Ennen (Scott Schwering) of Alpha and Danny Mundahl (Patty) of Brookings; and her close friends, Mike, Violet Fiedler and Diane. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In 2020, she retired due to Covid and her health.
