He was predeceased by: his parent Nanci Fodness (Donaldson); his uncles, Roger and David Gayken; and his cousin Jeremy Gayken. He is survived by: his brothers, Jason Hackbarth of Sioux Falls, SD and Brandon (Chris Wolf); his aunts, Sandy Gannon and Margaret Greene (Larry) of Montross, VA; his uncle Larry Gayken (Pat) of Johnstown, CO; and his cousins, Becca Yost (Eric), Crystal Atkinson (Jesse) of Sioux Falls, SD and Jamey Gayken.
