He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Martinec and Mayme Martinec (Vesely); and his great grandchild Wes Sheard. He is survived by: his children, Steven Martinec (Denise) of Sioux Falls, Jill Richardson (Mike) of Pierre, Tom Martinec (Lori) of Pierre and Carrie Thompson (Steve) of Sioux Falls; his stepchildren, Kevin Oppold (Bernadette) of Cottage Grove, MN, Keith Oppold (Karie) of Tea and Linda Lillie (Wade) of Casper, WY.; his wife Joyce Ollerich; his sister Mary Anne Lawrie; his sister-in-law Rose Stumpe; and his close friends, Fran and Marilyn Synsvoll. He is also survived by children, stepchildren, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
