He was predeceased by: his parents, Barb Dominiack and Gene Dominiack; his sister Judy Dominiack; and his son Travis Hallen. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Jennifer Bauer, Wymond Hall, Stacy Burwell (Ryan), Chanelle Douville, Marianna Schmidt, Lacy Steinberg (Jason), Dalton Dominiack and Megan Dominiack; his grandchildren, Nora, Kayo, Luna, Zack, Kyrie, Isaiah, Cayden, Aleah, Kassie, Amara, Dayde, Olyvia and Jared (Jill); his daughter Sister Connie Gough (Mike); and his brothers, Darrell Dominiack and Dana Dominiack (Anny). He is also survived by several other friends, family and great-grandchildren.
