She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Mohr and Lovella Mohr (Brudvig); her husband Richard Welch; her daughters, Kim and Tamie; and her brothers, Dewayne and Dean.

She is survived by: her son Marc Welch (Deb); her grandchildren, Alicia Fischer (Brett), Brittany Hines (Matt) and Nathan Welch; and her brother Darrell Mohr (Jerry). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
